Welcome to the Suite Life App. These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of the Suite Life App ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
App Services
The App allows users to book and pay for various services, including house cleaning, car refueling, car rental, car wash, and part-time staff. App users can also use the high-tech locker system feature to provide access to their room for Suite Life staff.
User Conduct
You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only. You shall not use the App for any purpose prohibited by applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms. You shall not engage in any conduct that interferes with or disrupts the App or its services.
Payment
You shall pay for services booked through the App using the payment method provided by the App. You agree to pay all fees associated with your booked services through the App. Suite Life reserves the right to update service fees at any time
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a service booking through the App before the scheduled service time. Refunds are applicable according to the cancellation policy provided by the App. In case of any dispute related to refunds and cancellations, the decision of Suite Life shall be final and binding.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property Copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws protect the App and its contents. You are not permitted to use any of the content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Suite Life.
Intellectual Property
User Content You may be able to upload content to the App, such as reviews or ratings. By uploading content, you grant Suite Life a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works based on your conten.
Disclaimer of Warranties
User Content The App and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. Suite Life makes no warranty that the App or its services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Suite Life is not liable for any damages or losses arising or in connection with using the App or its services. Suite Life is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising or in connection with using the App or its services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suite Life, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or its services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Termination
Suite Life may terminate your access to the App and for any reason without notice. You may also terminate your use of the App by deleting your account
Modifications
Suite Life reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Suite Life operates.
